Assignment for June, 2012

Hi Clickers,

The assignment for next month, June 5th, will be:

1. The Album Cover Challenge! (Please see below for a quick tutorial and links)
2. Waterfalls, or water!
3. Flowers, or nature!
4. Open Category!

Have fun with this assignment and feel free to get creative!

The Wikipedia Album Cover Challenge! I gave an example which you will see in RED!

The Rules

1 - Go to Wikipedia. Hit “random”
or click en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Random

The first random Wikipedia article you get is the name of your band. The first article that popped up was about DELLS RACEWAY PARK.

2 - Go to Quotations Page and select "random quotations"
or click www.quotationspage.com/random.php3

The last four or five words of the very last quote on the page is the title of your first album. The last few words of the last quote I read were "in youth we learn, in age we understand."

3 - Select a picture that you have either already taken, or take one that is inspired by your Wikipedia selections. For the sake of the tutorial, I will choose one that I have already taken.

4 - Use Photoshop or similar to put it all together.

Ta daaa! The new album by Dells Raceway Park entitled "in youth we learn, in age we understand!"

Hope you all have fun with this challenge!
